We highly recommend doing this for a nice personal touch (there is no extra charge). Guests will hear your voice(s) before leaving their message, and it will enhance your final recording as it will be added to the beginning of the full recording.

Instructions for adding a personalized greeting message will be emailed to you before your event so it can be loaded on the phone ahead of time.

Yes, we provide a standard signage template that will be emailed to you. We also offer premium signage options for an additional fee that can be found on our products page.

Our phones are wireless and require no outside connection to work. They are powered by a battery which allows the phone to record for 8-10 hours.

Shipping fees are included in your payment. We will priority ship your audio guest book so that it arrives 2-3 days prior to your event.

A return shipping label will be included within the box. Simply place the phone back in the box you received it in. Cover the old shipping label with the return label. Then return it by dropping it off to USPS.

We kindly ask that you send it back to us within 2 days of the event conclusion.

Local pick up and drop off is offered at a discounted rate and is available for anyone planning an event within a 30 mile radius of Kennewick, Washington. Instructions for local pickup and drop off will be emailed directly to you.
